En este nuevo disco, La Arcaica le da una vuelta de tuerca a su repertorio de country y blues, con versiones de los temas de su anterior trabajo, *Blues rural*, influenciadas por el soul, el southern rock, el desert folk, el grunge, entre otros subgéneros.

*No tan rural* es una oportunidad de redescubrir el espíritu del blues y el country de la primera mitad del siglo XX en la música de las últimas generaciones. Nació con la idea de acortar la distancia generacional entre músicos como Robert Johnson, Memphis Minnie o Robert Petway y artistas de las últimas décadas, como Bob Dylan, Ben Harper, David Rawlings o Nine Inch Nails.
